Single Occupancy
Single occupancy of all rooms carries a supplement of £10 per night.

During the months of July & August we regret we have to charge full rate for single occupancy in all rooms.

Children
Children under 5 will stay free of charge, however between the ages of 5 and under 12 the rate is £17.50 per night bed and breakfast.

During the months of July and August children 5 years of age or over will be charged at the full adult rate.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

At the time of booking we require a deposit of £20 per room per night, up to a maximum of £100, to secure your booking.

In the event that you should cancel your booking all deposits are non-refundable.

If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours prior to your original arrival date there is no further charge. For cancellations within 24 hours of your booking we reserve the right to charge you the cost of the first night's accomodation if we cannot re-let the room.
